What do you like most about your work and your company?
What I enjoy most here at TAF is the balance between personal and professional life. This balance is not only respected but also incentivized. Also the fact that I can execute my work without micromanagement.
What challenges were you faced with when you started? How did you overcome these challenges?
In the beginning, when you don’t speak German, everything is a huge challenge. From know where to buy food, how to have a haircut until sign a contract for a flat. These challenges wouldn’t be overcomed without help from colleagues.
How did your company support you the most?
Since before I left Brazil I got support with the visa and all the government bureaucracies. After being here I had help to find a flat for the initial period and later then also TAF supported my wife’s arrival in Germany. All of these steps would be way harder without that support.
