Applying for jobs
Your application documents are important for a successful job search. Employers generally expect a written application. The application documents are usually submitted electronically. Please inform yourself on the career pages of the respective companies.

Starting in spring 2026, our English-language online workshop “Working and Living in Jena” will provide insights into career development opportunities and the job market in the City of Light. Each session begins with an introductory keynote offering key information about working and living in Jena. This is followed by an open discussion round, giving participants the chance to ask questions and share personal experiences. Further details and workshop dates will be announced here on our website in due time.
