WORK-IN-JENA is online

Tadaa… we are live!

Our new portal work-in-jena now bundles all information on the topic of “working and living in Jena”. Here you will find current job offers from Jena companies and institutions, a comprehensive overview of Jena’s industries and work-related topics such as training and further education, job applications and job searches. You don’t know Jena yet? No problem. Our website provides important information on “arriving” locally, family, living, leisure and culture as well as social participation and helps to find the right contact points locally.

“Jena is great. It’s a great place to live and work. Great career prospects in a wide variety of companies go hand in hand with a great quality of life – that’s how we would sum up the advantages of our city”. We, the location marketing team of the Jena Business Development Agency, have been working on the website over the past weeks and months together with our team members and the Jena agency timespin – researching, writing texts, searching for images, translating, and much more.

Team location marketing is happy about the launch of the website

We hope that the portal will show as many people as possible what a great “overall package” Jena has to offer in terms of work and life. And even if the world and of course our city are currently still in the middle of the Corona pandemic:  For Jena’s companies and institutions, finding new employees remains one of the greatest challenges, both now and in the future. We support them with work-in-jena as a marketing and information tool. No matter whether the “first contact” to Jena comes about through a concrete job offer, or whether someone would like to stay here to work after graduation, or whether someone wants to come to Jena and first wants to get general information on the topic of “working” locally. And so that as many people as possible first know that our new website exists, we are launching a print and social media campaign about it in mid-December. Speaking of social media: work-in-jena is now also available on facebook and instagram. We look forward to receiving a like or a heart.

And now: Have fun clicking, says the location marketing team.
